Update: I decided I like the alternate mix better so that is the preview track. (Same process was used) The more “Experimental” one described below is still in the downloads though : )

OK…this was a really weird experiment. I used Ableton’s Clip Launch “Follow Actions” to select the words “Music Connects Us” individually and randomly from each person in the sample pool according to automated rules. For more details see “How I did it”

At the end I sped it up to 500+ BPM just to hear what it would sound like…and then slowed it down to a crawl.

On a side note…it’s really interesting to watch this, I wanted to make a youtube video..but I can’t get camtasia to record my Ableton Audio. I’ve tried all kinds of configurations…just can’t do it!!! : (
